View from Land's End, showing the curvy gravel road leading to the valley below. I had driven UP this road maybe 20 years ago, and thus flet no need to repeat the experience.
We drove out to Land's End, at the western tip of Grand Mesa. The drive is extremely scenic. The buiding is the "observatory" an old ranger station no longer inuse. Views from here were spectacular, though compormised by smoke in the air.
