Osprey with a catch, Aransas Bay
Brown pelican and cormorants (double crested, I think) on a spit. We saw many birds, but my lens can't do most of them justice!
Adult Whooping Crane in Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, walking through the marsh grass. They are about 5 ft tall, with a wingspan of 7.5 ft or so. Not really a petite bird!
