Dinosaur and Western Colorado

For our late spring road trip, we planned to meet friends Roger and Susie at Dinosaur National Monument, with a stop at Colorado National Monument on the way. From Dinosaur, we would go to Goblin Valley for a few days of hiking. A perfect plan, except for one thing: the weather during the first few days.
