Joshua Tree

The third and final part of our December road trip was at Joshua Tree National Park, where we camped for two nights. Known for it's unique granite formations and Joshua trees, the park includes parts of both the Mojave and Sonoran deserts, providing an unusual mix of plant life.

Joshua Tree National Park has quite a few backroads where we were able to walk Keetna (no dogs on most of the trails, though). This is the Queens Valley area.
